WEEKLY CLASSES


Tuesdays 7pm All Levels Drills & Conditioning

This class is open to all levels of experience.  Class will begin with simple warm-ups and stretches, followed by isolations and heart-pumping drills.  Basic movements will gradually develop into traveling steps and simple layering.  If time permits, moves will be linked together to create short combos that will be performed at the end of class, so that students can apply the technique they just practiced.  Wear something comfortable, and a hip wrap if you've got one!


Tuesdays 8:15pm Intermediate Steps, Layers, Turns & Combos

Take it to the next level!  It is best if you have some dance experience as we will be be exploring more complex technique.  You will practice turns, traveling steps, combinations, and layers which incorporate the whole body.  Tribal belly dance steps will be integrated with other dance forms such as Hip-Hop, Salsa, Flamenco, Modern, Polynesian, and more! 


$14 drop-in (available in-class only)

$50 for a 5-class pack

$90 for a 10-class pack

CLASS CARDS GOOD FOR 3 MONTHS and may be used for either or both Tuesday classes.

Teaching is one of my greatest passions.  I am so deeply grateful for the amazing people who attend my classes, workshops and performances.  Over the years I have learned so much from and have been inspired by the women who dance with me. Belly dance is an ancient, cross-cultural art form and folk dance which can be shared casually with friends or professionally on stage.  It is beautiful on ANY *BODY*.  I believe in getting to know & love your body as you dance.  As an exercise, belly dance can be an incredibly effective way to strengthen the torso muscles, arms, and legs as well as build grace in movement, improve posture and increase flexibility.  Come work up a sweat, challenge the brain,  meet some friends, and laugh a lot!
